The arrow at exit 62 looks to my eye to be pointed at the arrow at exit 77.  The arrow at exit 77 is pointed at the arrow near Lakeside, and passes the intermediate location.  There is no arrow at the intermediate location, at least as far as I can see on the sat photo.   It is interesting that the Lakeside arrow also has two stems.  What does that indicate and where does that route come from?
