Have any of you guys/gals seen or used any of the mounts from iOptron? This one seems to be something I could use with my little 80mm refractor and have decent equatorial tracking at a ?reasonable? price. Here's the site. I don't know anything about iOptron products and any input would be appreciated. http://ioptron.com/index.cfm?select=productdetails&phid=6650b0b6-9767-494d-b... Dave Sent from my iPad
I got an early version iOptron Cube and was very disappointed - it was cheap and only worked marginally. However, they may have improved things by now. -----Original Message----- From: utah-astronomy-bounces@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:utah-astronomy-bounces@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Dave Gary Sent: Saturday, November 03, 2012 9:03 AM To: Utah Astronomy Subject: [Utah-astronomy] iOptron mount Have any of you guys/gals seen or used any of the mounts from iOptron? Don, Do you live in Kanab? We have many ties to that great town. My brother and I might be there next week to visit some friends. Steve ----- Original Message ----- From: "Don J.
