On the way home from last night's lecture at the U (a very good talk, BTW) Bruce and I kicked around the idea of using SPOC's refractor and the Daystar filter this mid-afternoon (Thursday) to look at the Sun. No set time just yet but I'm thinking maybe 3 or so before the Sun gets too low. If anyone would care to join us just email me and I'll let you know when we decide to do it. patrick
