Heavens-Above shows a few possibilities of satellite approaching the zenith for that lon, lat & time frame. http://www.heavens-above.com/allsats.aspx?lat=40.52&lng=-112.54&loc=SWC&alt=... Once at that page use the options at the top of the page to change the date to the 10th and click on "Evening" and "4.0" for brightness and then click "Update".
