I have a extremely obnoxious street light on the edge of my front yard in Sandy. Has anyone had any success having a street light modified with their city so that it shines down and it's intensity lowered. It makes observing at night very bad. During the summer trees help but when the leaves are gone it is impossible. Does anyone know if Sandy City has a light pollution policy? Thanks
