After Daniel Holmes sent me the link of the best estimate of the landing location of Curiosity, I went to Google Mars to locate where this is on the surface of Mars. In comparing the Google Mars image of Gale Crater with the images of the landing site, it was fairly easy to pick out exactly where it landed.
