Yeah, I'll miss getting together more often with all my astronomy pals, but dark skies just out the back door make up for a lot of what I'll miss! Cynthia created an album for me on the Utah astronomy sight. I've only posted one image, that of the Sagittarius region from my backyard last month. See: http://www.utahastronomy.com/Kim/Sagittarius_Milky_Way_1_001. You'll see just a little glow on the horizon to the southwest from Mt. Pleasant, and I can see a bit of the light pollution from Utah Valley to the north. Unfortunately, we don't have very good seeing, being so close to the mountains, but I'm not complaining. So, Chuck, what exactly are you studying? If I had to return to school, I think I'd slit my wrists first. Kudos to anyone who pursues higher education, especially when a bit older than the usual 20-something's who are in college. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Chuck Hards" <chuckhards@yahoo.com> To: "Utah Astronomy" <utah-astronomy@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Thursday, June 30, 2005 11:34 PM Subject: Re: [Utah-astronomy] Chuck's back | Thanks Kim, Rich, Joe, it's good to be back in the | loop.
