Joe: I couldn’t agree more. We paid for a huge percentage of it but it is a first step. And after all “Chief Engineer Scott” is now where he belongs ;-) and isn’t that the important thing?

I agree, Steve, it is a big deal. But I'm thinking that since the government is paying for the launch and providing facilities, it's the same as if the government were building and launching Dragon itself -- except without as much infrastructure or expertise. Your thoughts? Thanks, Joe
