Orion has done it again.
They now have an ED refractor with a 100mm aperture, priced at $999 + s&h.
It looks like it has the same tube diameter as the 80mm model so can use the same rings & mount. Recall that the 80mm model uses an oversize tube, and at the time I speculated that this portended good things to come.
I just hope I can get a grand together before they raise the price!
