I'm sorry to report that long time SLAS member Andy Bogdan died earlier today at his home, possibly of a heart attack.
Ken Harris is writing up a piece for tomorrow's issue of News.
SLAS president Jachmann says there will be a special mention of Andy and his contributions to SLAS in the next issue of Nova and at this month's SLAS meeting.
A true SLAS supporter to the end, Andy's last phone conversation with Ken early today was about their plans to work at SPOC tomorrow.
Andy, my friend, you will be missed.
