If I'm reading the charts correctly it looks like tomorrow morning in northern Utah ISON will be about 21 degrees up in the SE at the beginning of nautical twilight (0612) and about 26 degrees at the beginning of civil twilight (0645). Of course weather in northern Utah is forecast to be cloudy in the morning. NWS is calling for clearing Monday morning. By then ISON will be 16 degrees at nautical and 20 degrees by civil.
