Hi all, I would vote not to mount any "sub-caliber training device" (oops, that's an old army term, I meant smaller mirror) in the tube while we are waiting for the 37 inch to be done. I would think that it would take a lot of work to rebalance the whole system and we may over-stress our fearless construction crews. I don't know if the Ealing will be in before the big one but in any case I for one can wait. We can always bring our personal scopes out for any star parties and just use the adjacent grounds.
