I bought that video. James Woods was on "The Tonight Show" last night. He has a little more grey hair than when he did the movie. Jody Foster was great too. Only thing I didn't like was the Panguitch, UT reference. Debbie

Both the book "Contact" and the film were first-rate. The film was true to the book, as far as I could recall. Chuck, If you don't rent, then yes, the film is worth buying.
