Bill went so far as to form a non-profit corporation and had the site surveyed. But now it's turned into Eagle Mountain.

I think that was a site Bill Kelly liked. It is about a mile east of Cedar Fort. As I remember we drove past the Sky Diving Airport in Cedar Valley to get there.
