When they searched with the Pentagon's permission and with escorts for safety, they found nothing. They discussed that the meteorite may have been of stone, since most are, and that there is always the possibility that all the parts burned up before impact. They did mention that the strewn field may have been more south. My guess, there are parts out there but where no human really should go right now. They also mentioned that any remnants would degrade quickly because of the alkalinity found in the soil. Finally, I though it was funny how the one guy kept mentioning that they tested biological and chemical warfare agents out there, almost like he was doing something extremely brave. Overall it was interesting sans the hype that T.V. puts on things.

It is on the meteorite that fell about a year ago over Utah and landed out by or in Dugway. They actually got permission to search on Dugway and the Testing Range.
