Sounds good. Greg --- Chuck Hards <chuckhards@yahoo.com> wrote:
Greg, you missed some of this thread. I posted that I tried both my Yahoo account AND my paid AOL account, on both my home computer AND my work computer, each running a different OS. I don't use the AOL account for astronomy, but used it reluctantly because of the warning in the FAQ. Some of us do read directions, sorry to shoot down what seems to be the most popular suggestion! ;)
To date even the AOL account has not been allowed to get verified.
I suppose I could use my company email address, though officially I have to discourage that practice among my employees, so I'd rather not.
But it's no big deal, really. You don't need to be registered to read the ads, and if I see something I want I'll just have a friend buy it on his account, then pay him. Easier than tilting at virtual windmills.

It is because your e-mail account is through yahoo. Astromart will not accept anonymous e-mail providers such as hotmail, yahoo, aol... ect. (They used to have a lot of trouble with fraud). I use my university e-mail account and it works fine.
