Only those who have been SLAS members for a very long time will remember that back in the 70s SLAS received a donation of several 4" f/6 aerial lenses. I thought they had all disappeared long ago but while cleaning out the SPOC dome today I found one of those old lenses mounted in a tube with a focuser attached. I checked with SPOC superintendent Bruce Grim who said that if anyone wanted it they could have it. No charge (but donations to SPOC will not be refused). It can be picked up at SPOC or I can bring it to the SLAS meeting next week. Any takers? Patrick
