I think the mechanisms were in place on Mars at one time, the question is were they in place long enough to sculpt "red-rock" formations such as arches. Anything more subtle than running water, such as carbon dioxide flows, would certainly take much longer to achieve similar erosive results. --- UTAHDEB@aol.com wrote:
