The board recommended that the stock holders reject the MITC offer and to go along with the JOC/NA offer. Below is a link to the latest news as the S & T one is a few days old now. I and others found the LA Times article to be somewhat lacking in its info. I do hope they do approve of the JOC offer as JOC owns Meade Europe and Explore Scientific. There is a 33 page thread at CN that makes for an interesting read.
