Respectfully, Kurt, telling the public that there's a penumbral eclipse coming is the sort of thing Chuck warned about earlier today. We can accentuate "penumbral" all we want but all the public will hear is "eclipse" and then be disappointed when the Moon does not disappear (anyone here remember Comet Kohoutek?)
