RE: [Utah-astronomy] Perseids

My editor has decided that the photo should be in tomorrow's Deseret News, not today's. Probably as a sort of consolation prize, he says I can have a story with it, too. So I am back on track with gathering quotes. Please send me some about the Perseids, particularly if anyone can tell me how long they last. My impression is that some might continue showing up for as long as two weeks -- is this right? Also, any comments from my fellow sufferers from Wolf Creek Campground? Best wishes, Joe
