[Utah-astronomy] Anyone here read Latin? (OT)

I just came across an article in today's on-line D News about the iPhone (I want one, BTW) in which several paragraphs appear to be in Latin. (!?) Knowing there are many ejecatd folks here I thought I'd ask and see if anyone can tell me what it says.
