I am planning a session about the eclipse at the SLAS June 21 meeting. I'm filling in for Dave Bernson because he and others will be at the Bryce astronomy fest that day. My plan is to find some solar eclipse experts who can speak to us, other than club members. Please drop me an email (at josephmbauman@yahoo.com) with suggestions on whom to invite. Meanwhile, I'll be checking colleges and universities for speakers. John Hollenhorst of KSL TV asked Patrick Wiggins and me to be there an hour early to talk about total eclipses we've witnessed (five apiece) and he would like others who have seen them to show up early to talk about their experiences. All are welcome, whether members of the club or not. In addition, I think John's cameraman will film part of the meeting.
