In the 2010 RASC Handbook, there is also an opening section on "Outreach". I haven't looked into the quality of the materials. The Night Sky Network also has some useable outreach handouts that are referenced in the "Sharing" videos. http://nightsky.jpl.nasa.gov/download-list.cfm The "Discovery Guides" appear to the best in the series in terms of pre-prepped handouts.
