Thanks, Dale, I'm familiar with Helium-3. Didn't know (or forgot) that it existed in large quantities on the moon. It has very unusual properties, for example it can flow in both directions in a tube at the same time! I recall that about 25 years ago there was a lot of interest in it, then it sort of petered-out and I didn't see it mentioned much in the lay journals (S.A.).
