Like Rob, my pack mule days are over so I don't carry extra lenses with me. Rainbows are a wide angle object, especially if there is a secondary. I'm usually toting my long lense zoomed to the max and set for a fast shutter speed. My targets are birds. I'd hate to be "dressed" for landscape pictures when a Falcon flies past me carrying a dead Malard in it's talons. Perhaps Canon or Sigma will come up with a zoom lense 18-400mm at f/2.8 throughout. Oh and make it macro capable in case a bumble bee goes by. DT ____________________________________________________________________________________ Never miss a thing.
