Hey, Chuck - I never disparage what others eat. After all, I've eaten roasted grasshoppers, snails (the French make them sound exotic by calling them escargot, but they're still snails), rattlesnake, and a number of dishes in Italy that I shudder to recall. So I will quietly eat my haddock and let y'all enjoy your liver. Just don't order head cheese or tripe.
