FORBIDDEN. I couldn't get to that file, either. A 25-minute timer "on" cycle is watering for too short of a duration, especially with those sprinkler heads. This alone would dictate the need for watering more frequently than really should be needed. The water isn't penetrating very deeply and the turf doesn't send roots as deeply as it should.
