I had a friend a few years ago that had trouble with his Advanced CG5 mount. We followed the instructions to the letter and it still didn't work. It would slew pointing into the dirt. It turned out it was a faulty cord. Celestron sent him a different cord and it work fine. Another problem could be a blown fuse. I have had that trouble during some cold winter nights. It's frustrating cause then you have to hunt down another one. My 2 cents. Debbie On 2015-08-01 07:21, Wiggins Patrick wrote:
Anyone here familiar enough with a Celestron NexStar SE to be able to help a family that has one but needs help making it work?
