Chuck, Another of those Yahoo moments -- I haven't got your original post yet, but have lots of the replies. Anyway, I too am sorry to hear about the hard times in the job; even two weeks without pay is pretty serious stuff, let alone the gloomy long-term outlook. Having been through a couple of layoffs myself I sure know how it feels regardless. You and your family are definitely in my thoughts and prayers... Assuming the worst, what specific kinds of work are you (or will you) be looking for? Perhaps someone on the list can help with a reference... Best wishes, Rich --- Patrick Wiggins <PWiggins@CO.SLC.UT.US> wrote:
Hi Chuck,
Very sorry to hear it. I hope things get better for you.
And I hope you know how much folks appreciate all you've done for SPOC 2.

This seems to be going around. My company is
shutting down for two weeks,
beginning March 8th. If sufficient orders are not received in that time, I will be looking for a new job.
I have permission to use the property to finish the big tube for SPOC regardless of what happens.
I may have to unsubscribe from the list at the end of next week.
That's life!
Chuck
