Ann, I attended and it was a great event. The following people were in attendance: Mike Morrison w/Coronado Ron Ford & Wife Bill Coles Myself w/clubs PST Nate Goodman PST & Refractor Tom Henchy Alpine Stringham Daniel Turner Tom Watson w/Coronado We had a steady stream of visitors between 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. The sun displayed no sunspots but had two very good prominences. It was a fun event. Did anyone attend Saturday's sun party? I am wondering how it went, how many people came with scopes, how many of the public? I saw an announcement in the Trib. Did anyone see it posted in the Des News? The Des News doesn't seem to be advertising our public parties.
