Kurt: For my own amusment I have implemented many of the formulas from Jean Meeus' "Astronomical Algorithms" into an XL spreadsheet. I only went for precision to the nearest minute which is adequate for my amateur observing needs, but I cross checked it for accuracy against the USNO website and events in the "Observer's Handbook". In current form it only gives single points in time but if you have a small number of points in time I can run them for you. Also, if you would like a copy, you may have it.
