So that’s what that is about. I heard someone at the hospital say something about end-times and relating it to this last eclipse and they asked me what I thought. I feigned stupidity (actually, not hard for me, ask Larry) and said that the only end-times I know about involve coffee breaks and lunch. It’s strange, but when I watch zombie-apocalypse movies I often think, ‘Man, that would be kind of cool.’ Is that weird? Maybe I’m working too much. Anyway, I don’t think that’s the reaction the movie producers are going for. Maybe it is? Dave On Apr 15, 2014, at 15:38, Chuck Hards <chuck.hards@gmail.com> wrote:
Better that they put on steel-butt pants. ;-)
The term makes me feel like I should be hunting a wild animal with nothing but a flint knife and painted face.
I can't recall ever hearing that term back 20, 30, 40 years ago.
I've already heard from people who have heard that we will have 3 more in the next two years, and are claiming it's another sign of the end of the world. Nobody bothers to do any research and they don't want to hear about lunar cycles and orbital mechanics.

Better put on some steel-toe boots Chuck, because you'll hear that term again and again, I'm sure. :)

If I hear the term "Blood Moon" in the media one more time, I'm going to kick someone. _______________________________________________
