Not sure what happened but since someone has already asked off list I'll add that it was not an intentional shut down spurred by the recent political thread. So, no, no one was blacklisted. Blacklisting is something the ____________ (insert political party of your choice) would do. :) FYI, one way to check the status of the list is to check the list's main webpage at http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/utah-astronomy . If you can't get to that page the list is almost certainly down. Also, if you send a post and it does not appear to have either been received by or rebroadcast by the list you can check: http://mailman.xmission.com/lurker/list/utah-astronomy.en.html .
