DUH...I had forgotten their name and that's why I had not included it in my list. Those guys are great and they have just about anything along that line that you could ever want. I've sent many pneumo- & hydraulic cylinders to them for rebuilding and modifications. Glad they helped you out with it. -Barrett -----Original Message----- From: utah-astronomy-bounces@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:utah-astronomy-bounces@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Patrick Wiggins Sent: Tuesday, December 20, 2011 8:55 PM To: Utah Astronomy Subject: [Utah-astronomy] O-Ring found Thanks for checking Chuck. Turns out the place I checked with first did not have what I was looking for but directed me to a place on the west side called Hydrapak Seals. Went there and they had just what I needed and when I told them what I wanted it for and that I only needed one they didn't even charge me for it. Nice folks. patrick On 20 Dec 2011, at 06:12, Chuck Hards wrote:
Harbor Frieght sells a 300+ piece assortment that has some O-rings close to what you need, but they want ten bucks for it. A lot of money for one O-ring. Hopefully you found one at one of the places others suggested.
Parker Seals used to have their O-ring division in SLC just a few miles from my house, but shut the place down a few years ago.
