[Utah-astronomy] Who originated the Polar Diamond Asterism?

Who originated the Polar Diamond Ring asterim? I thought I heard somewhere that it was Burnham? Periodically, I had heard of the Polar Diamond Ring asterim but was never quite sure what stars it was composed of.
