Sure did, at least on the html version: http://utahastro.info/temp/NOVAMJ2006.HTML It's waaay too long to try to include in the PDF and paper versions. BTW, regarding the on-line vs. paper version discussion we had, I just ran a tally and found that of those with email 52 have chosen paper while 117 have gone with reading Nova on-line. Cheers!
