CH, It was hazy here in Ogden so I didn't see the other event. The Western sky was fair seeing, getting hazy near the moon overhead and the ISS was lost to the East before it got to the mountains. We came close to seeing it cross the moon, that would have been cool. I just hope that the grandkids can remember some of this event and maybe that will spark an interest in astronomy later on, eh?... Yes, indeed! It was quite a sight from SPOC tonight as well.
Did you notice the other, fainter satellite in a roughly N-S polar orbit at the same time, Gary?
