Hi All, I recently purchased a lazer from Lazerpoint.com I received the lazer and it was DOA. I have contacted them by email numerous times over the past 4 days and have had no positive response from them. I am still waiting to see if they are going to replace the defective lazer with a new one or a refund. So far this has been a frustrating experience with this company. Now my emails are coming back with a non-deliverable message to this company. This is the company that we talked about about 2-3 weeks ago on this list. I have copied one of the emails I received from them. Its quite humorous. I am also CCing this company with this email........ Just thought you should know how this company is operating its business. We are sorry; could you pls let us know the order number and the item SKU for further assistance?For we are not sure how this problem happens, since all the products were checked by the related to make sure they are of good quality and function, could you pls send us some pictures of the package and defective products you received from us for further check? Moreover pictures should display the defects if any. Pls also post a detailed description when you use it. It would be much more helpful if you can provide us with a short video to show how you operate it and how it works.
