You have my sympathy. I went through this "service" nonsense with Meade on multiple occasions, for months at a time. In the end my mount was in their hands for over a year, total time, and never operated properly for more than a few hours after each return. I haven't been able to use it for years now, because Meade no longer supports the product. Yes, I absolutely hate Meade.
