Our employee’s girlfriend was harassed by him back in 1995. Marcy was phenomenally obnoxious, but no one was interested in doing anything about it. It was well known among the female students that you never let yourself be caught alone with him. I am very glad that he has had some punishment, but disgusted that it is so little and way way too late.
