This List ROCKS! Okay I now have access to the correct modems on the t1 card! Now i am trying to dial out and i get a no carrier error (carrier light is on) I do an ATI6 and see: Failed to Connect Reason is Timeslot Unavailable When i was on the phone with my Telco they are not getting a wink when they tried dialing my number? I am thinking this is all associated. I do have the TCM and have it set for wink but no go. I am not able to plug in via the consol port (no cable ) Any Clues and suggestions? Thank you to everyone who has helped and will help in the future!!!
what do you see when you do a "list chassis"? Todd ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dev" <dev@umpa-us.com> To: <usr-tc@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Wednesday, January 21, 2004 3:38 PM Subject: [USR-TC] Timeslot Unavailable

Also....if you can highlight the span via tcm and if I remember correctly goto configure...programmed settings...span settings and copy/paste what you have setup for your span settings. Is this the same chassis that has quad modem(s) in it? I don't see the quads. You might want to try a "list interfaces" and make sure the interfaces you are hitting are all up/up. Which slot are you hitting by the way?
