If it shows with a ? Then it is not booting fully/properly. Reseat the both sides of the card and try it again. Remember front out, back out, back in, front in. Also, it may be that your TCM version is older than the TCS version of code on your DSP.

hi, i want to software download e1 pri dsp card with tcm.(file: he030513.dmf) but i recive this message: "failed, devices are not read yet" in the tcm instead of showing this dsp slot "?" appears. is it possible my card has r2 software?
