we are getting a lot of customers with "frozen" connections when they are connected to our chassis with HiperARC and DSP(r2) spans. They cant ping our HiperARC for a long time (more than one minute) after a few minutes of connection, but when they connect to our chassis with NETServer PRI, Quad(dig), Dual PRI their connection is ok. on Commworks's user forum its written that it can happen if we have an old version of software. i'm unable to get a new software. can anybody send me this files: cem100.tar ne050702.zip hm100105.zip hr030704.zip he030704.zip Thanks, alex
