Hello, We have had a Dual E1 chassis with 10 quads and a NetServer card. The dual E1 lines supply the full 60 channels, and as the majority of calls are ISDN (single & multilink), the system worked ok. If an analogue call came in, it got a modem, and if and ISDN call came in it went straight through to the NetServer. Eg. We could have 20 analogue and 40 isdn or 40 analogue and 20 isdn etc. We have acquired a Hiper ARC card and now any ISDN call appears to come in on a modem, so once 40 calls have been connected (any combination of analogue and isdn) the chassis will not accept any more calls. Have we missed a configuration option to route ISDN calls direct to the Hiper ARC or are we trying the impossible? Any help appreciated. Nick Bone Wyenet Limited
