Hello, I am new the list. We are/have been using portmaster 3's for a few years. We wanted to offer v.92, and a friend suggested the Total Control box. We purchased a used "chassis" with 3 Hiper DSP Cards, 2 Hiper access router cards, 1 Hiper NMC and dual 130amp PS's. They shipped it to us without any documents or software. I was able to find many PDF's through google, which mentions the Total Control SNMP/GUI Management software but no links to download it. After a bit of searching I found the link totalservice.usr.com .. didnt work, then found totalservice.3com.com .. still didnt work. Just found http://totalservice.utstar.com Im guessing this is where I can download the latest version? Anyway, to get into the downloads section you need a login ID and password. The page says you can register for free, but I cannot find out how, they seem to be in an upgrade process. Can anybody provide a link to the snmp based gui software so I can get started playing/configuring these units. Thx in advance for any help! Brian
