OK now this is a typical TELCO-Client everything's working on our side scenario. Im installing a TC-1000 Hiper System to a client 90-port digital using E1/R2 signalling. Software codes installed is that of TCS 4.3. When you plugged-in the span line to the HiperDSP all LED utilization maxxed-out (100%) and when i go to console and check the status here's what im getting: Tslot Status Modem Blocking Call ID Span Connect Status Status 00 Fchan N/A UNBLOCKED 0x00000000 Ok 01 Dial In 001 UNBLOCKED 0x0001000E Ok 02 Dial In 002 UNBLOCKED 0x0001010E Ok 03 Dial In 003 UNBLOCKED 0x0001020E Ok . . . 16 Dchan N/A UNBLOCKED 0x00000000 Ok . . 31 Dial In 030 UNBLOCKED 0x00011D0E Ok Telco is saying that on their switching side all ports/channel are IDLE. But isn't it suppose to be in IDLE state first not Dial-In as indicated by the status? Here's my Question on the list: 1. Can anyone describe briefly the trace debug parameters? If i recall it right, it used to have an arrow pointing to the left or right determining if the signal is/was originating from the TELCO side or from the TC side. 2. A-1 register is send next digit, does the HiperDSP really detects or responds to this request (obviously it will but apparently am not seeing it),perhaps because of the current state of my HiperDSP that's why am not seeing the A-1 register. 3. Finally, any thoughts/suggestion on another way of trouble locating and clearing this issue? Oh, one more thing i did a loopback from the TC to the NOKIA line driver of the span it detects it, but if i do a loopback all the way to their switch TELCO says its not detecting it. Hmmm, when i did a loopback on their NOKIA line driver they still say they're not detecting it.
