Hoping someone can help.... Having a problem with a Total Control system and a Dual PRI card. The problem is that the PRI will fluctuate in and out of service. Sometimes it will stay up for days and other times if will go up and down many times over the course of a day. When its down, both the CD and Alarm light are red and I get a slow busy if I dial into it. The PRI is from a Verizon 5ESS switch using ESF framing and B8ZS line encoding. Verizon has run numerous tests and continues to claim the circuit is fine, counting no errors. Are there circuits in both jacks? If you select the span and click "performance monitor" and look at line stats are you seeing alarm conditions on your end? If so, then it's likely the line is bouncing, no matter what VZ says. If you're only running one PRI, see if it does the same thing when you move it to the other jack. Also have VZ verify that they have B8ZS/ESF on the entire run. Sometimes something from the CO to you may not be set properly and you'll get some interesting results... Charles

I talked to Verizon (actually I opened a trouble ticket at 5pm and they called me back 9 hours later at 2am). The said our CSU is sending back all ones.
