RE: [USR-TC] HiperDSPs not talking to Telco
If telco is not sending either dnis or ani, then your number of tones has to be 0. Make sure and save that setting, hardware reset the card, and then make sure it's still 0. -----Original Message----- From: Kevin Hemsley [mailto:kev@ida.net] Sent: Friday, January 24, 2003 1:34 PM To: usr-tc@mailman.xmission.com Subject: Re: [USR-TC] HiperDSPs not talking to Telco
Have you confirmed whether or not the telco is sending you dnis/ani?
No, the telcon is not sending DNIS or ANI.
By the way....what do you get when you dial-in to the site? Busies/fast busies/dead air?
Dead Air - then after a long pause you get a recording "All circuits are busy" The CO tech said that because they are sending a sizure and are getting no answer back, they are dropping the call and going on to the next trunk. The HiperArc manual says: "Current operating status of the interface, Up or Down. For modem interfaces, Oper Status will Down only if the modem is disabled." How do I enable the modem. I tried "Enable ModemGroup all" but it didn't change the status of the modem to Up. Thanks, Kevin Hemsley kev@ida.net
