Chris, I have had problems in the past with some of my chassis doing the same things that you've described below. Power cycling the chassis seems to help for a while then it goes back to the same old problems again. I just recently replaced all but two of my chassis with HiperArc Access Router cards and the problems seem to have disappeared. Also, they get disconnected after being connected for a short period of time. The only thing that helps is rebooting, but you have to do that several times for it to pick up calls.
